If you’ve been experiencing constant back, breast and shoulder pain and have trouble maintaining correct posture, you may want to consider having your bust size correctly measured.

With the average woman's bra size changing up to six times during her life due to multiple factors such as age, weight loss or gain, pregnancy and hormonal changes, it’s no wonder that nearly 80% of women are walking around wearing the incorrect bra size, oblivious to the fact that in doing so we are causing unnecessary damage to our bodies.

“Wearing the incorrect bra size, especially if you are big-breasted, not only makes you look shapeless and sizes bigger than you actually are, it can also cause severe health problems,” says co-owners of lingerie company, Treasure Chest, Shelley Smyth and Karley Parish.

Wearing the incorrect bra size not only damages the breast size and shape but if worn too tight can block the blood flow.

“It is always advisable to have yourself correctly measured before purchasing a new bra,” says Karley. “However, should one not be able to arrange a fitting, one can do so in the comfort of their home.”

Measure around the body directly under the bust while wearing a bra- this needs to be a fairly fit tight (this determines your back size).

• Measure around the fullest part of the bust, while wearing a bra (This gives you the cup size).

To ensure that you are choosing the correct bra fit, Treasure Chest shares some of their top tips to consider when bra shopping:

• If you’re slightly more blessed on top, underwire bras work best and give your breasts the support they need. When fitting an underwire bra, make sure that the wire lies comfortably on your chest wall - If you can lift your arms in the air with your bra staying put, then it’s a good fit.

• If your breasts spill over and push out above the cups, resulting in a “double-boob” effect and if the underwire tends to stick out in front, digs under your arms or lifts up in the front just below the breasts, then chances are you’re wearing too small a cup size.

• Most of your bra's support should come from the band, not the straps. The back band of

a bra is just as important as the front part as it provides 90% of the support.

When the band is too big it can cause the bra to ride up your back causing the breasts to sag and emphasising any “back fat”. The back band should fit firmly yet comfortably—and be completely straight—around the smallest part of your back, when it's on the loosest hook.

• If the cups are so loose that the fabric is folding, you're wearing the wrong cup size.

• Slip on a top over the bra to see how your body shape will appear once dressed.

Akieleza kwa uchungu baba wa mtoto huyo bwana Alphonce Msengi amesema alipofika nyumbani kwake majira ya saa kumi na moja jioni alikuta damu nyingi na alipo angali vizuri alimuona mtoto wake Mariamu Alphonce akiwa amekatwakatwa kwa mapanga na tayari alikuwa ameshafariki.

Bwana Msengi baada ya kuona hivyo alipiga yowe na walikuja majirani na watoto na wakamwambia tumemuona mtoto wako Elibariki akiwa na mapanga mawili akikimbia huku akiwa hana nguo. BAADA ya kukamatwa na dawa za kulevya nchini Afrika Kusini, msanii anayeshiriki katika video za wasanii wa muziki wa bongo fleva, Agnes Jerald 'Masogange' na mwenzake Melisa Edward, ukweli umeibainika kwamba dawa walizokamatwa nazo ni za kutengenezea dawa za kulevya, ambazo hazipatikani nchini na hazina matumizi yoyote.

Kupitia taarifa rasmi zilionesha kuwa, Chemical bashirifu ndiyo aina ya dawa walizokamatwa nazo nchini humo, ambapo wasanii hao walikamatwa nchini Afrika Kusini wakitokea Tanzania.
Akizungumza ofisini kwake Dar es Salaam leo Kamishina wa Tume ya Kuratibu na Kuthibiti Dawa za Kulevya nchini, Christopher Shekiondo alisema kwamba kwa mujibu wa sheria za nchi, dawa walizokamatwanazo wasichana hao zinatumika kutengenezea dawa za kulevya, ambapo adhabu yao ni sawa na mtu aliyekamatwa na dawa za kulevya.
Wasichana hao walikamatwa Julai 5, mwaka huu nchini humo wakiwa shehena ya dawa za kulevya zenye thamani ya sh. bilioni 6.8 wakitokea Tanzania.
Shekiondo alisema dawa walizokamatwa nazo hazitumiki moja kwa moja kama dawa, bali zinatumika kutengenezea dawa za kulevya hivyo kwa mujibu wa sheria, adhabu zao zinakwenda sambamba na waliokamtwa na dawa za kulevya.
"Dawa hizo hazitumiki moja kwa moja bali zinatumika kutengenezea dawa za kulevya, hivyo kama taarifa tulizopata ni sahihi juu ya aina ya dawa walizokamatwa nazo na dawa hizi hazitumiki sana nchini, bali zinatumika Afrika Kusini, Asia pamoja na Ulaya," alisema Shekiondo.
Alisema kwa mujibu wa sheria za nchi, mtu anayekamatwa na dawa hizo mara nyingi hukumbwa na adhabu ya kuhukumiwa miaka 20 au kifungo cha maisha.
Akielezea kuhusu wasichana hao wawili kupanda kizimbana juzi, Kamishina huyo aliweka wazi kuwa hadi sasa hawajapata taarifa zozote rasmi, zaidi ya kupokea zile za awali za kushikiriwa na Jeshi la Polisi Afrika Kusini kwa ajili ya uchunguzi.
Kamishina huyo alisema inaonesha Watanzania wengi wamekamatwa na dawa za kulevya nchini Brazil ambao idadi yao inafikia 109, ambapo wengi wao wameshahukumiwa.
Alisema watu hao wamekamtwa nchini humo, wakiwa na dawa aina ya cocain kwa ajili ya kusafirisha nchi nyingine, huku baadhi yao wamehukumiwa kunyongwa pamoja na kifungo cha maisha, ingawa idadi kamili ya watu hao bado haijafika rasmi.
"Tumepokea taarifa jumla ya Watanzania 109 wamekamtwa nchini Brazil, ingawa bado tunasubiri kujua ni wangapi waliohukumiwa kifo, pamoja na kifungo cha maisha," alisema Shekiondo.
Aliongezea kuwa baadhi ya nchi nyingine, ambazo Watanzania wanakamatwa na dawa hizo za kulevya wakiwa wanasafirisha ni China vijana 34, Kenya 30, Pakistani 16, Falme za Kiarabu ikiwemo Dubai 14,  pamoja na nchi nyingine kama Japan, Argentina, Msumbiji, Afrika Kusini, Ureno, pamoja na Uingereza.
Akizungumzia hukumu ambazo zimeshatolewa baadhi ya nchi walizokamatwa Watanzania hao,, Kamishina huyo alisema Brazil ambayo ndiyo Watanzania wengi wamekamatwa idadi kamili, bado hawajapata ingawa Kenya tayari wapo waliohukumiwa kifungo cha maisha, huku wengine wakiwa wamehukumiwa kifungo cha miaka 20 hadi 40, nchi China wapo waliohukumiwa kifo na kifungo cha maisha.
Shekiondo alisema Tanzania kwa sasa inajulikana kama ni njia ya kusafirisha dawa hizo.
Alisema kuna baadhi ya watu wanatumia maji kusafirisha dawa hizo, yaani meli, jahazi pamoja na mitumbwi, hivyo wana mikakati ya kutoa elimu kwa jamii kuhusu udhibiti wa matumizi ya dawa za kulevya.

A woman claims she was fired from her job after she refused an ongoing sexual relationship with her boss who demanded she be rough in bed, according to a lawsuit filed in a New York court.

The owner of a toy store in the upper East Side of Manhattan, was slapped with the lawsuit accusing him of forcing an employee into a master-slave sexual relationship.

Amanda Reyes, 26, a former manager of Fantastic Kids Toys, located at 1503 3rd Avenue in New York, NY, said owner Steven Reis fired her after she tried to abandon the rough sex sessions with him, she claims in a lawsuit filed on Friday.

Reyes’ lawyer said she was "forced to participate in an ongoing sexual relationship" with the owner who is in his sixties, that "included increasing acts of 'rough' sexual activities, including slapping, hitting and biting", in exchange for her job and rental payments.

"It would take place in her apartment. As part of her rent, which was being paid along with other expenses," her attorney said.

She tried to break it off when she started dating a new boyfriend, who is an NYPD police officer, but said Reis, who demanded that they meet twice a week for sexual encounters, refused to take no for an answer.

She reportedly lost her $60,000 per year job when she tried to break up.

A mother has been arrested after she allegedly forced her young daughter to take freaky photographs of her to send to her inmate fiance.  Jodi Roberts, from Wabash Valley, Indiana, is facing a federal charge of conducting a performance harmful to minors after making her nine-year-old child take naked pictures of her in sexually graphic poses, authorities said. 

Roberts’ actions were discovered when prison guards opened a letter containing the lewd pictures that was addressed to her fiance Jeremiah La Master last week.  Roberts, a gas station cashier, is due to appear in court over the charge but a date has not yet been set.  It is not known who is taking care of the nine-year-old girl. Roberts also appears to have a young son. 

Her 24-year-old fiance was arrested in May and charged with felony aggravated battery.  He was involved in a 45-minute stand-off with police in Terre Haute as they tried to arrest him in May.  La master was previously convicted of reckless homicide and is known to police as a repeat offender.  He is being held on $100,000 bail at Vigo County Jail and is due in court on July 23.
